Breast Cancer Cheer Bow
The base of the bow is 3" grosgrain ribbon and the overlay is glitter HTV material of your choice. The bow measures approximately 7" wide and 6.5" from top to bottom. The center can be rhinestone or whatever ribbon color you choose. It is attached to a black ponytail holder and all ribbon ends have been heat sealed to prevent fraying.
