Shipping Information

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service. You will receive an email with tracking information once your purchase has been mailed. All items are shipped priority mail in padded envelope of flat rate box. (1-3 days) Please allow 24 hours for the USPS to update tracking information. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions about shipping.

All tumblers and fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap and marked as fragile before shipping. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of these items and for hygienic reasons Sontia’s Designs does not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if Sontia’s Designs makes the error however, Sontia’s Designs is not responsible if you misspell something. 

Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun on the tumblers. Work begins 24 to 48 hours after the order is received.
